Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Orders received before 1:00p.m. usually ships that day. The Spirit Bells are subject to longer periods due to the meticulous process of manufacture. Orders or Spirit Bells will seldom take over a week to arrive. Air gun pellets ship via USPS. International customers please allow a few extra days for delivery. Returns are excepted. Please email support@morgandees.com for a R.T.A. number to be applied to the carton for return. Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment to the email address supplied.
